Iron spikes are rods of 6-12 inches in length, composed of iron. Usually they narrow to a tip at one end, and the other is flattened. They are a versatile piece of equipment, with many different uses.

So far, the party has used their iron spikes to:

1. Jam open a descending portcullis;
2. Anchor ropes and provide obstacles for a combat-training course;
